SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09/01/18, at approximately 0414 hours, Officer Sophie Patenaude responded to 340 Summer St. for a report of an assault. A subsequent investigation determined that Austin Bennett caused a roommate physical pain, thus committing the offense of Domestic Assault. Bennett was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 09/04/18 at 1230 hours.
