SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A motor vehicle violation was observed on Main Street. The
vehicle was subsequently stopped on Cherry Street. Due to signs of narcotic
impairment observed, Jennifer Williams (21) of Waterford, VT was arrested for
suspicion of DUI – Drugs. An evidentiary blood draw was obtained and a DRE Exam
completed with the assistance of the Vermont State Police. Williams was
released on a citation into the custody of a family member and she will face
the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on September 14, 2020 @ 0830.
