SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Breezy Hill Road. The vehicle was stopped on Mayhew Drive. The operator was found to be driving without a license and after a civil conviction for driving without a license within the past 2 years. Shafer was cited for the same. Shafer will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on June 21, 2021 at 0830 hours.
