SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received information that a person was residing at the Fairbanks Inn without complying with the Vermont Sex Offender Registry requirements. An investigation determined he had been at the Inn since February. On May 3, 2021, Ryan McCutcheon was located and arrested. McCutcheon was later released on a citation. McCutcheon will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on June 14, 2021 at 0830 hours.
