SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle for an equipment violation as it was parking near 438 Railroad Street. Further investigation revealed the operator, Mikayla Camber, was in violation of conditions of release. She was arrested and released on a citation for violation of conditions of release. Camber will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on August 30, 2021 at 0830 hours.
