On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Portland Avenue. Further investigation revealed the operator, Ryan C. Farnham, was driving on a license that had been criminally suspended for a DUI. Farnham was also [EXPUNGED]. Farnham was arrested. Farnham was brought to the police department and later released on a citation for August 23, 2021 at 0830. Farnham will respond to the charge in Caledonia Superior Court.
