On February 16, 2022 at about 1927 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive. The operator, Tyler Pion, was found to have an active warrant out of Orleans County, Vermont for False Information and was arrested. The passenger, Krystal Hough, was found to have an active warrant out of Washington County, Vermont for Simple Assault and was arrested. Hough was released from the scene on a flash citation into Washington County court. Pion was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 bail per order of the Honorable Court.
