SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 17, 2022 at about 2116 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Hastings Hill near Railroad Street and attempted to stop the vehicle, which did not yield until parking on Perkins Street. The operator, Brandon Rodd, displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Rodd was cited into Caledonia Superior court for the above violations with a citation date of March 7, 2022 at 0830 hours. Rodd was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility as an incapacitated person on a 24 hour hold.
