SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 8, 2022 at about 1713 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department was forwarded a complaint from the Vermont State Police regarding a man who believed he lost his bank card at 2165 Portland Street and subsequently found it was fraudulently used 3 times between May 7 and 8 at area merchants. After an investigation, Michael Williams, homeless of St. Johnsbury, was located at a disabled vehicle on High Street on June 5, 2022 and arrested for the above violations. He will be arraigned in Caledonia Superior Court on this matter on July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours.
