SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 23, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer developed information that a man had been employed at a business on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury for about a year but had not complied with the requirements of the Vermont Sex Offender Registry. He was also found to have resided at an address on Fourth Street in St. Johnsbury, Vermont for about a month until recently without reporting that address to the registry either. On June 24, 2022, Joshua Herring reported to the police department where he was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 22, 2022 at 0830 hours.
