SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 31, 2022 at 0214 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed multiple motor vehicle violations on a vehicle on Railroad Street. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, however, the vehicle continued without heeding the blue lights and siren. The juvenile was cited into Caledonia Family Court. The car was hauled away by B&B towing of Lyndonville, VT. The St. Johnsbury Police Department was assisted in this matter after the vehicle was stopped by the Vermont State Police and the St. Johnsbury Fire Department. The operator was also issued several Vermont Civil Violation Complaints totaling approximately $2,870 in waiver fines.
