SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 08-16-2022 at approximately 0652 hours Lt Mark Bickford of the SJPD received a phone call from a female who was reporting a violation of an RFA. Lt Bickford after completing his investigation into the complaint found that the accused Nathan Ladieu, DOB: 01-15-81 had violated the order which had been served approximately 8 hours prior when he attempted to contact Page via phone. Ladieu was taken into custody by Lt Bickford without incident on Western Avenue and later released with a citation to appear in court on 08-17-22 at 1230 hours during which time he will answer to the charge of Violation of an RFA.
