SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive. Contact was made with the operator, Wyatt Kurtgis of Lyndonville, VT. Kurtgis was screened for impairment and later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Kurtgis was brought back to the police department and later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on August 30, 2021 at 0830.
