SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 08/27/2021, Ryan Larocque was stopped on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury for not displaying a front license plate and expired inspection. Subsequently he was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. A subsequent check of conditions of release found Larocque to have a condition not to operate a motor vehicle without an interlock device which were issued on 08/23/2021. Larocque was cited into Caledonia court to answer the charges of operating after criminal suspension and Violating conditions of release.
