SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Pleasant Street near Buzzell Street. Contact was made with the operator, William Gilmore of St. Johnsbury, VT. Gilmore was screened for impairment and later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Gilmore was brought back to the police department and later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on October 4, 2021 at 0830.
